How do I validate my membership in order to receive my gift/prize?


You can validate your membership and thus receive your gift/prize by logging onto Lotto24.co.uk and clicking on your name in the menu at the top of the page and then selecting ‘My Profile'. You need to fill in all of the fields. Once all the information has been submitted, green check marks will appear next to all the sections. Remember to press the "Save all information" button upon completion which you will find at the bottom of the page. Please note that when it comes to user validation documents such as a copy of your passport, driving license or utility bill, you must upload an image file. PDFs and other types of files are not accepted by the system. Once your information has been approved, you will receive an e-mail confirming this. If you do not receive the e-mail, feel free to contact customer service for assistance or check out "I am not receiving e-mails". Please also make sure that everything has been filled out properly and marked with a green check mark. Naturally, the gift/prize will automatically be sent to you shortly after the information has been approved.
